Refunds
Once a returned item has been received, it will take seven to ten business days to receive your refund. If you have a question about your refund, please email customerservice@journeytreasures.com or call 1-702-407-4019.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
Exchanges While our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase from Journey Treasures, should you desire an exchange, please return the item. We'll pay the bill AND ship your new item and pay for the shipping. Please be sure to include your packing slip.
Returns Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please return any unused merchandise to us for a prompt exchange or refund.
Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Without a packing list, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment to jot down the reason for your return.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items.
Cancels Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.
